- Develop and maintain Apex triggers, services, selectors, batch and queueable processes, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation.
- Build and own integrations between Salesforce and partner-ecosystem systems, including AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud marketplaces, PRM tools, and middleware.

- Use Claude and internal AI development tooling as part of the build and code-review workflow.
- Work with Revenue Operations analysts to ensure data-model decisions support partner-performance reporting.
- Partner with DevOps on sandbox strategy, source control, peer review, and deployment using SFDX and metadata tooling.

Requirements
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience in a production organization using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
- Experience building or maintaining partner and channel functionality in Salesforce, such as deal registration, partner portals, attribution models, or co-sell opportunity management.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms through REST or Bulk APIs, middleware such as Workato or MuleSoft, or direct callouts.
- Fluency with SFDX, source-controlled metadata, and sandbox-to-production release processes with peer review.
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor, with the ability to explain how their output is guided and verified.
- Basic SQL skills and comfort working with a data warehouse.
- Effective communication with sales, partnerships, finance, and engineering stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
- Advanced Administrator or Application/System Architect certification.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform constraints, including governor limits, bulkification, sharing and visibility, and recursion control.
- Cloud-marketplace integration experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with partner-specific integration platforms such as Workspan.
- Experience scaling Salesforce in a high-growth go-to-market environment.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $220,000–$270,000 USD.
Work Policy and Sponsorship
- Hybrid policy: Staff are expected to work from an Anthropic office at least 25% of the time, although some roles may require more office time.
- Anthropic explicitly states that it sponsors visas and will make reasonable efforts to obtain a visa if an offer is made, although sponsorship is not guaranteed for every role or candidate.
Benefits
