Details
Anthropic's Partner Experience team is building an AI-native operating model across partner-facing systems, including Salesforce, PEM, the partner portal, enablement and certification platforms, and their integrations. The Senior Partner Systems Analyst will connect business stakeholders with the systems architecture, GTM Systems, and AI Operations teams. This role owns discovery, requirements gathering, UAT, release notes, intake, prioritization, incident triage, and Salesforce administration. The role uses Claude and other LLM tools to draft requirements, test cases, release notes, and documentation, and identifies recurring requests that could be automated.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with partner managers, partner operations, and other stakeholders to understand problems, map current processes, and size proposed changes.
- Capture user stories, process flows, field and access definitions, acceptance criteria, and edge cases for bug fixes, improvements, enhancements, and new builds.
- Work with the GTM Systems team, AI Operations Engineer, systems lead, and implementation partners through requirements handoff, development, review, and release.
- Own UAT by writing test plans and test cases, coordinating testers, logging and retesting defects, collecting sign-off, and smoke testing changes in production.
- Write and publish release notes describing changes, affected users, and required actions.
- Prioritize the backlog based on partner impact, risk, and effort.
- Serve as the point of contact for bugs, enhancement requests, and system questions across Salesforce, PEM, and the partner portal.
- Triage production incidents, reproduce issues, assess severity, resolve or route them, and communicate with affected teams until closure.
- Administer the Salesforce partner organization, including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
- Understand data movement between Salesforce and PEM, monitor integration health, and diagnose synchronization failures, mapping errors, and access issues.
- Maintain system documentation, data dictionaries, integration maps, and administration runbooks.
- Identify repeatable administration and support requests as automation candidates and collaborate with the AI Operations Engineer on automating them.
Requirements
- Experience leading discovery and requirements sessions and translating stakeholder input into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with systems or engineering teams from requirements handoff through release.
- Experience planning and running UAT, tracking defects to closure, obtaining sign-off, and smoke testing releases.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Experience using LLM tools such as Claude in requirements gathering, testing, or documentation workflows.
- Experience owning a production Salesforce organization or business systems stack, including intake, triage, and release processes.
- Strong Salesforce administration skills, including declarative configuration, flows, validation rules, security and sharing, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of integrations, APIs or middleware, error logs, and data-source tracing.
- A structured approach to incident management and root-cause analysis.
- Judgment to prioritize work and explain decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Five or more years as a business systems analyst, Salesforce administrator, or in a similar role involving discovery, requirements, and UAT for business systems.
- Experience supporting partner, sales, or customer success organizations.
- Experience with sprint-based delivery, shared backlogs, and sprint reviews.
- Experience with partner relationship management platforms, partner portals, or channel programs such as deal registration, certifications, or MDF.
- Salesforce release management experience with sandboxes, change sets or DevOps tooling, and deployment checklists.
- SQL or scripting skills for data investigation and cleanup.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst certification.
