Details

Grafana Labs is seeking a customer-facing product expert to join its Solutions Engineering team in Spain. The team supports worldwide growth by educating potential and existing customers through demos, hands-on enablement, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing interaction. Solutions Engineers partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to qualify and close opportunities and communicate customer feedback.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
Own technical customer engagements and help close complex opportunities through competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility.
Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles, and create other public or private enablement materials.

Requirements

5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
Openness to various and complex assignments requiring strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership.
Excellent written and oral communication skills for collaboration with remote-first internal teams and worldwide customers.
Ability to articulate the company's value proposition and the technical advantages of its products.
Enjoyment of solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions to customers.
A technical mindset and desire to grow technically.
Must be located in Spain.

Bonus Points

Experience with open-source technologies or in the metrics and monitoring space.
Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC.

Compensation And Benefits

Spain OTE compensation range: EUR 107,000–132,000 per year.
