  • At least 6 years of experience in program or project management roles in AI, robotics, or hardware-software cross-functional environments.
  • At least 8 years of previous engineering experience, ideally in AI, robotics, or machine learning-related fields.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage more than 10 project threads simultaneously while ensuring milestone completion.
  • Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and execution.
  • Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic AI research environment.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate with domestic and international partner companies.
  • Based at NVIDIA headquarters in Santa Clara, California, with the ability to work in the lab in person.
  • Hands-on coding experience and familiarity with Python and related machine learning and AI frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating with robotics hardware vendors, contractors, or manufacturing partners in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of AI, machine learning, and robotics concepts.
  • Experience working across geographies and time zones.

Benefits

The role includes competitive salaries, equity, and a benefits package.
