SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager, Public Sector, to deliver technical resources, support, and guidance to customers throughout deployment, business-as-usual operations, and incidents or outages. The role serves as the technical account manager for assigned accounts and contributes to customer engagement, technical adoption, and customer experience across SentinelOne solutions. The position reports to the Manager, Technical Success, Public Sector.

Hiring for this role is limited to U.S. citizens under Federal and FedRAMP regulations. FedRAMP staff may be subject to customer or third-party background checks, up to and including secret clearance, if required by the role.

Responsibilities

  • Represent SentinelOne as an ethical provider of reliable, effective, and scalable security solutions.
  • Act as a technical resource for assigned customers and account teams.
  • Deliver technical account management services through proactive communication, strategic advisory, technical project management, service reviews, escalation management, and training.
  • Lead complex implementation and onboarding projects for SentinelOne products and services.
  • Advocate for customer needs with internal stakeholders, resolve technical and business issues, define feature requests, identify growth opportunities, and collect customer feedback.
  • Serve as the customer point of contact during incidents and outages while coordinating internal teams and communication channels.
  • Present technical working and learning sessions to improve the customer experience.
  • Manage and mentor team members and coordinate across the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends, cybersecurity, endpoint management, and SentinelOne products.
  • Provide insights into program risk and maturity and identify account risks and upsell opportunities.
  • Report on key metrics, including indicators of feature adoption.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, preferably endpoint protection, in support, training, professional services, or related roles, along with a bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience.
  • At least 3 years of field engineering experience, such as Senior Support Engineer at tier 3 or 4, Technical Account Manager, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
  • 3 to 5 years of direct enterprise customer engagement experience.
  • U.S.-based status and authorization to support and operate within SentinelOne's FedRAMP infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of security technologies, architecture, and operations, including threat handling, incident response, and SOC operations.
  • Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Linux, and containerized environments.
  • Scripting experience and working knowledge of Python, PHP, and Unix shell scripts.
  • Proficiency with MongoDB or comparable experience writing database queries and basic scripts; MongoDB is preferred.
  • Customer-centric approach, effective problem-resolution skills, strong organization, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in IT or cybersecurity, especially endpoint security using host-based endpoint agent solutions, is preferred.
  • Experience delivering training and enablement for teams and customers is preferred.
  • Strong orientation toward goals, strategic alignment, and technical customer adoption.

Compensation

The U.S. base salary range is $108,000–$120,000 USD and may vary based on the candidate's location. Different pay ranges may apply in some locations.
