Glean Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Software Engineer to help build an indefinitely scalable software platform, including scalable enterprise search solutions. The role spans distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, user interfaces, machine learning, and secure enterprise data processing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications spanning front-end interfaces, REST APIs, and application servers.
Build large-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
Use performance benchmarking tools and tune performance on Linux-based systems.
Perform thorough peer code reviews covering interface design, code quality, and testing strategies.
Understand customer requirements and implement them in the company's solutions.
Work closely with product teams to ensure features meet customer requirements and are delivered effectively and with high quality.
Implement data ingestion pipelines to retrieve data from enterprise data sources.
Build secure search indexes over enterprise data using C++, Java, Python, or Go.
Design and implement user interfaces for searching enterprise content.
Design APIs for building other search-based applications.

Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a closely related field. Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
Experience with machine learning and deep learning.
Experience with machine learning operations (MLOps).
Experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, anomaly detection, Scikit-learn, AWS, and natural language processing (NLP).
Experience with security and data engineering.
