Details

Glean is building a Work AI platform that includes enterprise search, an AI Assistant, scalable AI agents, enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM support, robust APIs, and Enterprise and Personal Knowledge Graphs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications spanning front-end interfaces, REST APIs, and application servers.
Build and optimize user-facing features using TypeScript and React.
Develop server-side services and tooling using Node.js and Flask.
Write and maintain backend systems and services in Java and C++.
Perform data analytics and data visualization to inform product decisions and system performance.
Apply algorithm design skills to solve complex engineering problems across distributed systems.
Help build software-based platforms that can scale indefinitely, including scalable enterprise search solutions.
Work across distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces to deliver secure, high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a closely related field. Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
Experience working on infrastructure for distributed systems or cloud-native applications; building full-stack applications spanning front-end interfaces, REST APIs, and application servers; training and productionizing machine learning or information retrieval systems; or a combination of these areas.
Experience with full-stack development.
Experience with TypeScript, React, data analytics, data visualization, Node.js, Flask, Java, C++, and algorithm design.
Applicants will complete a brief AI-focused exercise or discussion during the interview process covering how they think about, design, and use AI to drive impact.

Mountain View, California. Telecommuting is an option.

Compensation And Benefits

Standard base salary range: $187,075–$234,000 annually.
Compensation may also include variable compensation, equity, and benefits depending on the role.
