Join the EAA Compliance CXAE team within the Platform group as a Software Engineer building AI-first platforms that transform how CX Compliance agents work. The team owns tools, services, and applications that streamline compliance and KYC processes, helping resolve customer issues faster with greater accuracy. You will build full-stack applications using Golang and React, enabling compliance agents to increase productivity, drive automation, and deliver impact at scale through custom development and third-party integrations.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end user-facing features using Golang, React, and cloud technologies for CX compliance agent platforms.
- Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations that extend platform capabilities.
- Drive cross-functional outcomes on complex problems in collaboration with product, design, security, data, and peer engineering teams.
- Own technical architecture decisions and implement scalable, high-traffic services across event-driven and distributed systems.
- Mentor engineers on design techniques, coding standards, testing practices, and deployment processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of production software engineering experience building large-scale systems with Golang, React, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Demonstrated experience integrating third-party vendor APIs and SaaS platforms into production systems.
- Proficiency in distributed systems patterns, including rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, and event-driven architectures using Kafka and message queues.
- Hands-on experience with observability and reliability tooling, including metrics, logging, tracing, and debugging in production environments.
- Working knowledge of gRPC, GraphQL, SQL or NoSQL databases, and ETL pipelines.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly, maintain human oversight, and deliver business-ready outputs that improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Experience using generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean in daily workflows, applying human-in-the-loop practices as tools evolve.
Compensation
The annual base salary range is R$341,240–R$359,200 BRL, excluding equity and bonus. Total compensation may also include equity, bonus eligibility, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
