Details

Glean is the Work AI platform that helps organizations work smarter with AI. Its platform includes enterprise search, an AI Assistant, scalable AI agents, over 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, robust APIs, and Enterprise and Personal Knowledge Graphs.

Responsibilities

Own a scoped, high-impact project end to end, from defining the problem and writing a design through building, testing, launching, and measuring outcomes.
Ship production-quality code that is reliable, well-tested, and maintainable, with thoughtful code reviews and iterative feedback.
Contribute across the stack based on your interests, including backend services, product engineering, ML/AI/search, infrastructure, security, and more.
Work closely with people within and beyond your team.

Requirements

Graduating in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 with a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or an equivalent program.
Team player with a strong desire to learn and an owner mentality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Interested in backend, infrastructure, security, UI/full-stack, or ML/NLP/search.
Prior internship experience in one or more of these areas.
Strong foundation in computer science and software development fundamentals.
Candidates will complete a brief AI-focused exercise or discussion during the interview process. Prior Glean experience is not required.

Location

This is a hybrid role requiring four days per week in the Mountain View or San Francisco office.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay range: $57–$69.
