  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including balancing security requirements with developer experience and development velocity.
  • Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience building diverse, high-performing teams and developing engineers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Low ego, high empathy, and a track record of attracting talent.
  • Experience working with technical internal customers.

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • A field of study relevant to the role, demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $405,000–$485,000 USD.

Logistics

  • Hybrid policy: Staff are expected to work from one of Anthropic's offices at least 25% of the time, although some roles may require more office time.
  • Anthropic explicitly sponsors visas and makes reasonable efforts to obtain visas with support from an immigration lawyer.
  • Anthropic offers competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and office collaboration spaces.
