Details

Consensys is seeking an HR systems and data specialist to own ADP Workforce Now and the broader People Operations, Data & Systems technology ecosystem. The role serves as the primary subject matter expert for HR systems, data integrity, integrations, reporting, automation, compliance, and technical project delivery. This is a fully remote position. Applications from candidates based in France, Italy, or Germany cannot be considered.

Responsibilities

HRIS Administration and System Integrity

  • Manage day-to-day ADP Workforce Now configuration, security roles, workflows, custom fields, and system health.
  • Translate business requirements into configured, tested, and validated system solutions.
  • Own configuration, testing, and rollout of ADP product releases and system enhancements.
  • Manage integrations across payroll entities, benefits carriers, finance tools, and core HR platforms, including API connections and manual data flows.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate integration issues.
  • Manage role-based access, enforce least-privilege standards, and maintain SOX-ready access review evidence.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including performance accountability, escalations, SLA tracking, and contract awareness.

Technical Projects and Process Automation

  • Own HR systems and data projects from scoping through configuration, testing, rollout, and documentation.
  • Represent People Operations in cross-functional systems, data, and integration projects.
  • Replace manual and error-prone workflows with automated processes.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to prototype and build People Operations automations and measure reductions in manual effort and error rates.
  • Maintain documented controls, organize audit evidence, and partner with Legal and Finance on compliance requirements.
  • Create testing, rollout, communication, documentation, and runbook plans for system changes.

Data Management and Stakeholder Enablement

  • Establish and maintain data definitions, quality standards, field ownership, and retention policies.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze People data and reports.
  • Build custom reports and executive-facing dashboards in ADP and connected tools.
  • Translate data into actionable information for Finance, FP&A, Legal, and People leadership.
  • Run recurring data audits, maintain audit logs, and organize retrievable evidence.
  • Maintain process documentation and deliver training materials for system enhancements.

Operational Support

  • Support employees and managers with system questions, access issues, and ad hoc requests.
  • Identify recurring support patterns and create runbooks or automations to address root causes.
  • Own the systems side of open enrollment, compensation cycles, reorganizations, payroll close, and year-end processes.
  • Manage vendor escalations, SLA accountability, and contract renewal tracking.

Requirements

  • Deep functional expertise in ADP Workforce Now, including workflow configuration, report building, security role management, and integration troubleshooting.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR systems administration, HRIS configuration, or HR technology operations.
  • Experience taking business requirements through configuration, testing, launch, and post-launch validation.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into effective system solutions.
  • Experience with process automation and AI-assisted tooling, including demonstrating measurable reductions in manual effort.
  • Strong data management skills, including custom reporting, data audits, data quality management, and governance.
  • Experience with SOX or audit compliance, controls, and audit evidence.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities and communicate status effectively.
  • Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, resilience, and a bias for action in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Successful applicants must undergo background checks, including employment, education, and criminal record checks.

Compensation

  • US pay range: $122,000–$183,000 USD per year, excluding bonus, equity, and other benefits.
  • The listed salary range applies to US-based candidates only. Compensation outside the US, including Canada and LATAM, is determined based on location, experience, and skills.
