Bloomberg Enterprise Data partners with clients to deliver trusted, high-quality datasets across asset classes through flexible delivery technologies and scheduling. The Enterprise Data business provides managed, AI-ready data platforms that support analytics, automation, and innovation for the financial services industry.

The Funds Data Product Team delivers data products that power investment, risk, regulatory, ESG, and other financial workflows. The team is focused on AI-enabled analytics, agentic data automation, and solutions combining equity datasets, listed derivatives, and advanced analytics.

This leadership role will drive the global evolution of Bloomberg’s Funds Data business and define the strategic roadmap for data products. The successful candidate will lead product managers, foster innovation and continuous learning, and champion AI-driven transformation while partnering with clients on AI and cloud technology transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers.
  • Inspire innovation through the use of AI, analytics, and automation to re-imagine data products and workflows.
  • Define and execute a forward-looking product strategy.
  • Prioritize high-impact initiatives and execute them with agility.
  • Drive growth in the Enterprise Data business.
  • Champion agentic AI approaches and AI-driven transformation.
  • Partner with clients, teams, and industry stakeholders on AI and cloud technology transformation.
  • Travel globally as needed to engage with teams, clients, and industry partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management within financial data, analytics, or technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Deep understanding of global funds markets and the funds data landscape.
  • Strong understanding of data science, MCP AI, and agentic automation concepts and their impact on financial data workflows.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing innovative product strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for AI innovation and the evolving landscape of agentic, intelligent data systems.
  • Understanding of cross-asset data models and quantitative integration.
  • Exposure to client workflows across trading, risk, regulation, or sustainability.
  • Experience with Python, R, or other data science and analytics programming languages.
