Join the NordVPN Streaming team in Vilnius as a Technical Infrastructure Specialist. The role focuses on resolving streaming-related infrastructure issues, maintaining website and application accessibility, monitoring systems, and supporting emergency response activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve streaming-related issues.
• Communicate with infrastructure and support team members.
• Proactively monitor and maintain website and application accessibility.
• Provide emergency response by participating in on-call duties or responding to monitoring symptoms and escalations when needed.
• Plan and execute tasks to achieve team-approved goals.
• Work proactively on efficiency and capacity planning.
• Suggest new ideas and projects related to the position.

Requirements

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Curiosity and a desire to understand how systems work.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge of DNS fundamentals.
• Ability to learn new things quickly.
• Fluency in Lithuanian.
