SentinelOne is seeking a Threat Response Advisor to serve as a trusted advisor for Managed Detection & Response (MDR) customers. The role guides customers from onboarding through ongoing service delivery and advises on endpoint protection, threat detection, incident response, and recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Own the MDR service delivered to assigned customers, partnering with Customer Success Managers, sales representatives, and Technical Account Managers on issues and initiatives.
  • Lead initial customer engagement by introducing the MDR service scope and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Advise customers on Singularity Platform configuration, including endpoint policies and third-party integrations.
  • Define escalation and response policies and document customer environment details for the global MDR team.
  • Run ongoing customer engagements by reviewing MDR operational metrics and trends, briefing customers on emerging threats and recommended actions, resolving outstanding questions, and recommending corrective actions to reduce risk.
  • Support Proof of Concept (POC) engagements for prospective MDR customers and represent MDR services at company events and conferences.
  • Stay embedded with MDR operations and the threat landscape through shadow days and rotations with analysts, investigators, and engineers.
  • Channel customer and prospect feedback into continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience as a security operations practitioner in SOC operations, security monitoring, incident investigation or response, malware analysis, threat hunting, or threat intelligence.
  • Strong background in security operations, incident response, or threat intelligence.
  • Understanding of the current threat landscape, including common attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and prominent threat actor groups.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing complex customer escalations and collaborating across internal teams to drive resolution.
  • Genuine passion for protecting customers from cyber attacks.
