Details

A fixed-term project management role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cross-team digital marketing and website-related projects in a SaaS environment. Projects may include go-to-market launches for new product features, landing page development, technical SEO audits, and onboarding improvements.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and ensure the timely delivery of diverse cross-team projects.
Define project requirements and deadlines, develop detailed project plans, and track work tickets through completion.
Lead multiple projects, including product feature go-to-market launches, landing page development, technical SEO audits, and onboarding improvements.
Work with stakeholders and team leads to prioritize high-value projects.
Balance business needs against constraints and establish priorities.
Identify and communicate risks and mitigation plans with stakeholders.
Set and maintain project goals, milestones, and deadlines.
Facilitate project meetings, communicate action items, minimize distractions, and keep teams focused.
Manage, organize, and distribute project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists, and post-project retrospectives.

Requirements

At least 3 years of project management experience involving digital marketing and website design.
At least 3 years of experience in SaaS or a similar industry.
Rigorous problem-solving approach and strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to tasks ranging from hands-on project work to project management.
Ability to learn new tools and technical concepts quickly.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, self-organization, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
