Details
As an Engagement Manager on the Compromise Assessments team, you will manage the delivery of consulting-style engagements for SentinelOne customers. You will serve as the link between application security engineers, customers, and internal stakeholders while overseeing engagements that deliver the AI-accelerated Wayfinder Frontier AI Services source code vulnerability assessment offering.
You will own each assessment's full lifecycle, from intake and scoping through delivery, and act as the primary executive-facing point of contact. The role requires practitioner-level technical knowledge to quality-check analysis and reporting, support customers and internal teams, and provide hands-on surge capacity when needed. Engagement Managers may also support telemetry-based Compromise Assessment engagements as capacity requires.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Wayfinder Frontier AI Services source code assessment engagements from intake through delivery, ensuring quality, timely deliverables, and adherence to engagement minimums and scoping standards.
- Lead scoping and business development activities, including requirements gathering and coordinating source code access with customers, account teams, and assigned practitioners.
- Staff application security engineers onto engagements based on scope and availability, and monitor team capacity to balance workloads.
- Manage customer communication throughout each engagement, including status updates and review calls.
- Own customer escalations end-to-end, from intake through resolution.
- Oversee source code access and data handling during engagements, including retention and deletion timelines at closure and customer requests for early deletion.
- Serve as a knowledge resource for customers and internal teams regarding Frontier AI Services capabilities.
- Drive process improvement by maintaining internal documentation and iterating on delivery playbooks.
- Manage engagement retainer-hour budgets, track usage against scope, and request uplifts when needed.
- Quality-check technical analysis and reports before delivery.
- Provide hands-on surge support for source code reviews when team capacity requires it.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on practitioner experience in application security, secure code review, or offensive security.
- Experience with engagement or project management in cybersecurity consulting or a related security services delivery role.
- Deep technical expertise in secure code review and application security.
- Strong staffing and resource-coordination skills.
- Excellent client communication skills and comfort working with executive stakeholders, account teams, and, where applicable, legal counsel.
- Experience owning customer escalations end-to-end.
- Experience contributing to team documentation and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other Engagement Managers.
- Ability to translate complex technical findings into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that varies based on the candidate's location. For some locations, a different pay range may apply and will be provided during the recruiting process.
Base salary range: $132,000–$160,000 USD.
