Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four HRIS professionals by setting clear expectations, managing performance, and building capability across the function.
  • Assess HRIS and benefits models to identify systemic data friction points between benefits vendors, HR, and Payroll, while proactively mitigating compliance and operational risks.

  • Establish and maintain data integrity standards through audit frameworks, reconciliation controls, quality assurance processes, and documentation governance.
  • Create a multi-year roadmap to modernize and simplify benefits administration processes, aligning priorities and resource requirements with stakeholders.
  • Design and execute a multi-year benefits technology roadmap to reduce manual workflows and data errors during peak cycles such as Annual Enrollment.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics are produced to support decision-making and leadership visibility.
  • Manage global benefits vendor integration relationships and hold vendors accountable to service-level agreements through metrics-driven governance.
  • Foster diversity of thought and challenge existing processes and practices.

Requirements

  • Significant hands-on experience with Benefits, Core HCM, Time Off, Leave, vendor integrations, Payroll integrations, and reporting.
  • Experience leading or managing a team within an HRIS or benefits operations function.
  • Collaborative working style and the ability to partner with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, HR Technology, and IT.
  • Proven record of delivering measurable improvements in benefits operations, systems administration, and HR technology in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading large-scale HR technology projects, including implementations, integrations, vendor transitions, and annual enrollment cycles.
  • Exposure to global benefits, multinational employee populations, or cross-regional HR operations.
  • Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Workday reporting, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes and communicate effectively with HR, Payroll, IT, and senior leadership audiences.
  • Workday Pro Certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $200,000–$240,000 USD, plus benefits and bonus.
  • Potential total rewards may include merit increases, incentive compensation for exempt roles, paid holidays, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability benefits, 401(k) match, life insurance, and wellness programs.
