Details

Digital Assets are reshaping the future of financial services through tokenised securities, crypto-assets, stablecoins and new forms of digital cash. The Digital Assets team at ABN AMRO explores emerging opportunities, develops innovative business propositions and builds capabilities for a digital asset-enabled financial system.

Responsibilities

Follow developments in tokenisation, blockchain technology, crypto-assets, stablecoins and digital market infrastructure.
Contribute to the development and execution of ABN AMRO's Digital Assets strategy.
Research market developments, technologies, regulations and emerging business models.
Identify opportunities for new products, services and capabilities across the Digital Assets domain.
Develop business cases, project proposals and investment recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, technology, legal, risk and operations teams.
Support proofs of concept, pilots and new client propositions.
Build relationships with technology providers, market infrastructures, fintechs and other industry partners.
Translate complex Digital Assets topics into practical insights and actionable recommendations.

Working Environment

You will join the Digital Assets team within ABN AMRO's Innovation department. The team develops innovative business models involving tokenised securities, crypto-assets and stablecoins across institutional and retail opportunities. The work combines strategic thinking, market expertise and hands-on experimentation to develop new capabilities and propositions.

Requirements

A future-oriented mindset.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant business, financial, technical or economic discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Relevant experience in Digital Assets, blockchain, crypto-assets, financial technology, capital markets, consulting or a related field.
Demonstrable knowledge of tokenisation, blockchain technology, crypto-assets and the broader Digital Assets ecosystem; this is mandatory.
Ability to analyse markets, technologies and business opportunities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity about emerging technologies and business models.
Ability to translate complex topics into clear recommendations and business opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Gross monthly salary of €5,304 to €7,577 based on a 36-hour work week, including holiday allowance and a flexible benefit budget.
