Help reshape ABN AMRO’s Corporate Credit Landscape by driving the transition to a modern credit platform. The role focuses on designing future-proof lending processes, enabling seamless system integrations, and supporting large-scale data migrations at the intersection of business and IT.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, data flows, and system landscapes to identify integration needs.
- Translate roadmap features into user stories, with a focus on integration logic, APIs, and business processes.
- Collaborate with DevOps and integration teams to design and implement robust system interfaces.
- Support migration activities, including data validation, reconciliation, and testing.
- Contribute to test strategies, including integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create documentation and visuals to clarify integration architectures and migration approaches.
- Gather requirements from Lenders, Credit Risk, Contracting, and Operations.
- Support the development of a new digital customer journey and the transition to a central credit platform.
- Enable the decommissioning of legacy applications by delivering prerequisites for data and process migration.
- Coordinate with Integrations, Business Implementation, and Regulatory teams on integration dependencies and migration efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
- Experience in business analysis and stakeholder management.
- Affinity with technology, data structures, and system integration concepts, including APIs, data flows, and interfaces.
- Ability to understand, structure, and explain complex and abstract processes.
- Experience or a strong interest in system integrations and/or data migrations.
- Ability to understand and structure complex system landscapes and legacy-to-target transitions.
- Ability to support testing phases, particularly integration testing and migration validation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, nCino, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Self-starter with a critical mindset and positive attitude.
- Creative mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Valid Dutch work permit and residence in the Netherlands are required.
Working Environment
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Bank Assisted Lending Program, including the Integrations, Business Implementation, and Regulatory streams. The position offers flexibility to work from home or in the office in consultation with the team.
