Details

We are seeking an Ivalua Techno-Functional Specialist to bridge business strategy and technical architecture for our Ivalua Buyer ecosystem within a fast-growing FinTech unit. The role covers end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions, including requirements gathering, hands-on module configuration, ERP integrations, and platform governance.

The specialist will also advance the digital procurement roadmap by leveraging Ivalua IVA, IVA Studio, and Generative AI integrations to optimize workflows, automate contract and invoice processing, and streamline user intake.

Responsibilities

Lead business requirement workshops and translate business needs into Functional and Technical Specification Documents.
Execute hands-on configuration across S2C and P2P modules.
Use IVA Studio for low-code customizations.
Implement Ivalua IVA features and evaluate Generative AI applications.
Design, build, and support integration pipelines using APIs, REST/SOAP, ETL, EAI, SFTP, cXML, EDI, and JSON.
Connect Ivalua with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Oracle Fusion, as well as middleware such as MuleSoft.
Apply advanced SQL for backend troubleshooting, dataset modeling, and complex reporting.
Partner with Product Managers to validate product roadmaps.
Lead R&D updates, version upgrades, branch management, and IT General Controls audit compliance.
Deliver L2/L3 support and critical bug fixes.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), perform peer configuration reviews, and mentor team members using engineering best practices.

Requirements

Mandatory Ivalua L3 Functional Certification in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C).
Mandatory Ivalua L3 Technical / Integration Certification covering API, EAI, and ETL.
Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex queries, performance tuning, data migration, and backend troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with APIs, SOAP/REST, cXML, EDI, and enterprise backends including SAP MM, SAP VIM, SAP S/4HANA, and MuleSoft.
At least 5 years of hands-on Ivalua techno-functional configuration, integration engineering, and live support experience.
At least 3 full-lifecycle, end-to-end Ivalua implementation cycles.
Practical knowledge or strong familiarity with IVA Studio, Ivalua IVA, and applying Generative AI models.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical designs and present them to cross-functional stakeholders.
