Details
As an MSSP Project Manager, you will drive project management across SentinelOne's MSSP business, including MSSP product transition strategies, strategic programs, and special projects. You will support MSSP Revenue Acceleration as SentinelOne evolves its MSSP program, working closely with MSSP Revenue Assurance and MSSP Sales Leadership. The role partners across MSSP, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Legal, and IT to align timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor deliverables for the MSSP product transition strategy, define key milestones, and work cross-functionally to keep projects on track.
- Provide project management across MSSP revenue operations initiatives, including quote-to-cash, deal governance, forecasting, and partner lifecycle enhancements.
- Support special projects within MSSP and partner with internal teams to unify MSSP capabilities and offerings.
- Lead selected large and strategic MSSP programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Build and maintain the MSSP project management operating system, including project plans, dependency maps, and status-reporting cadences.
- Evaluate and suggest processes to anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential issues.
- Coach teams on risk, dependency, and stakeholder management practices.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across MSSP, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Legal, IT, and other teams.
- Review and redefine key performance indicators to measure project success and impact.
- Develop and deliver dashboards and analytics covering project status, metrics, and milestones.
- Monitor industry trends, tools, and best practices to help prepare the organization for scale.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in MSSPs, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or the technology industry.
- Project management experience in partner operations, sales operations, or partner experience functions.
- At least 3 years of experience creating dashboards and visualizations, including SQL, data aggregation, and AI tooling such as Claude.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace.
- Technical aptitude combined with a strong understanding of business operations.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and drive requirements and projects with global, diverse teams.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills across organizational levels.
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations and making informed decisions to drive project success.
- Familiarity with risk management processes and strategies.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects using data and metrics to inform decisions, measure success, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prior technical program management experience in SaaS or a technical domain is preferred.

Compensation
The U.S. role offers on-target earnings of $108,000–$149,000 USD, inclusive of base salary and commissions. The range may vary depending on the candidate's location.
