Product Manager, Ecosystem Risk

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. The Ecosystem Risk Product Management team operates at the intersection of growth and protection, enabling online businesses to start and grow on Stripe while protecting consumers, merchants, and partners from financial crimes.

The role owns the vision and multi-year roadmap for AI-powered financial crimes controls spanning detection, investigation, information collection, and the user interface and API surfaces that connect them.

Responsibilities

• Build core infrastructure supporting Stripe's growing suite of products and services.
• Develop investigator tools that enable accurate case reviews using AI and human expertise.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, operations, design, data science, go-to-market, legal, and product teams.
• Define and own success metrics, navigate complex trade-offs, prioritize initiatives, and rigorously measure outcomes.
• Align leadership and stakeholders by synthesizing internal and external input and communicating a clear point of view to peers and executives.
• Monitor regulatory trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform strategy and identify opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience building infrastructure and user experiences at scale.
• Track record of operating effectively in highly cross-functional environments.
• Excellent diagnostic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial crimes or fraud prevention within financial services.
