Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. The Ecosystem Risk Product Management team works at the intersection of growth and protection, enabling online businesses to start and grow on Stripe while protecting consumers, merchants, and partners from financial crimes. The team builds financial infrastructure at scale, merchant-facing API and UI experiences, and AI-driven solutions for challenges in the digital economy.

Responsibilities

Own the vision and multi-year roadmap for AI-powered financial crimes controls, spanning detection, investigation, information collection, and the UI and API surfaces that connect them.
Build core infrastructure underpinning Stripe products and services.
Develop investigator tools that support accurate case reviews using AI and human expertise.
Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, operations, design, data science, go-to-market, legal, and product teams.
Define and own success metrics, navigate complex trade-offs, drive prioritization, and rigorously measure outcomes.
Align leadership and stakeholders by synthesizing internal and external input and communicating a clear point of view to peers and executives.
Monitor regulatory trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
