  • Experience building enterprise or B2B2C products for large marketplaces.
  • Deep understanding of identity workflows, compliance requirements, fraud, and losses.
  • Experience building or managing API-based products and developer-facing platforms.
  • Ability to engage credibly with engineering teams and external developer partners.
  • Experience contributing to products serving users across multiple geographies, currencies, or regulatory environments.
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, including the ability to make tradeoffs and communicate rationale to stakeholders.
  • Ability to build partnerships across Product, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and external enterprise customers.

Preferred Expertise

  • Technical domain experience in multi-rail payment processing and operations.
  • Experience with payments and risk losses.
  • Experience scaling digital wallets and identity services.
  • Experience at a consumer marketplace or two-sided platform with B2B and B2C product surfaces.
  • Experience using AI prototypes in the product development process.
