Details

Bridge is building a stablecoin-based payments platform to simplify global money movement. The platform provides APIs for cross-border payments, virtual accounts, payouts infrastructure, and access to U.S. dollars through stablecoins.

The Issuance Product team is developing infrastructure for issuing compliant stablecoins in the U.S., Europe, and other markets. The team works with fintech companies, cryptocurrency companies, blockchains, and other partners.

Responsibilities

Build an issuance platform capable of supporting billions of dollars in transactions and issued stablecoins.
Develop product areas including liquidity delivery, reserves management, mint and burn infrastructure, rewards, on-chain and cryptocurrency smart contracts, and custom stablecoins.
Drive product features from ideation through launch in collaboration with designers, engineers, legal teams, compliance teams, and other cross-functional partners.
Develop a deep understanding of user needs, operational environments, and competitive landscapes across international markets.
Own outcomes end to end using data, user feedback, and rapid iteration.
Make prioritization decisions by balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Drive high-traffic features at scale with a focus on security, speed, and reliability for millions of users.
