Bloomberg's Supply Chain is a dynamic global organization providing support to internal and external customers through Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing. The organization operates across 22 global locations and distributes equipment to more than 190 countries.

The Supply Chain department is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to support software development teams and operational stakeholders across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The role will drive execution, facilitate Agile best practices, and ensure product outcomes align with stakeholder needs. The successful candidate will partner with Product Owners, Analysts, Engineering, and Supply Chain leaders to manage dependencies, support delivery planning, and cultivate continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of complex software programs involving cross-functional teams.
  • Define project scope, milestones, risk management plans, and success metrics.
  • Identify and remove delivery impediments while enabling clear communication and issue resolution across stakeholders.
  • Monitor delivery progress against roadmaps and sprint plans, proactively escalating risks and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Foster transparency, shared accountability, and outcome-driven execution across Supply Chain programs.
  • Assess, adapt, and implement appropriate delivery frameworks, methodologies, tools, and techniques to help teams achieve their goals efficiently.
  • Guide and advise leadership in defining, communicating, and amplifying product vision, goals, and roadmaps.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and planning activities that promote engagement, transparency, and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting software delivery, operations, or program management in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience working with Agile teams, including facilitating Scrum events, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • A successful track record of driving complex projects to completion across business and technology teams.
  • Project management experience in cross-functional environments.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes and metrics.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to present data findings effectively.
  • Experience utilizing SAP or other ERP systems for supply chain processes is desirable.
  • Ability to balance bold visioning, intelligent strategy, and sophisticated execution.
  • Adaptable problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Hands-on leadership skills, with an emphasis on transparency, collaboration, accountability, and linking work to business value.
