Join Nord Security and help build products including Threat Protection Pro, the NordLynx protocol, and VPN solutions focused on privacy, security, and user control.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Windows platform engineering team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Define and implement the strategic vision for the Windows platform, aligning it with overall business objectives.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and QA, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Oversee the technical development process, including architecture design, coding standards, and code reviews.
Mentor and develop engineering staff, guiding best practices, technical skills, and career growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in software engineering management; experience with Windows platform engineering is an advantage.
Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A business-oriented mindset and the ability to balance technical considerations with strategic business objectives.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
