Join Nord Security and help build products including Threat Protection Pro, the NordLynx protocol, and VPN solutions focused on privacy, security, and user control.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Windows platform engineering team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Define and implement the strategic vision for the Windows platform, aligning it with overall business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and QA, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Oversee the technical development process, including architecture design, coding standards, and code reviews.
  • Mentor and develop engineering staff, guiding best practices, technical skills, and career growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software engineering management; experience with Windows platform engineering is an advantage.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A business-oriented mindset and the ability to balance technical considerations with strategic business objectives.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
