Details

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform supporting developers and enterprises from data and model training through production deployment. This role is part of the Data Center Operations organization, supporting large-scale GPU clusters and AI infrastructure across multiple regions.

The Regional Asset Manager will oversee data center IT infrastructure assets across an assigned region, ensuring accurate asset tracking, lifecycle management, inventory control, operational compliance, and efficient utilization of equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the inventory database for data center IT assets, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, GPUs, transceivers, power components, and other critical infrastructure hardware.
  • Conduct regular physical and system-based asset audits to ensure inventory accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle from procurement and deployment through maintenance, redeployment, and retirement.
  • Coordinate and manage RMA processes for GPUs, motherboards, power supplies, networking components, and other data center hardware.
  • Generate reports on asset utilization, inventory health, depreciation, lifecycle status, and operational metrics.
  • Perform financial and utilization analysis to identify cost-optimization and asset-efficiency opportunities.
  • Develop recommendations for asset allocation, refresh cycles, and inventory planning based on operational requirements and business growth.
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce asset management policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, security standards, and industry regulations related to asset management.
  • Partner with procurement, logistics, finance, project managers, and technical teams to support infrastructure deployments and expansion initiatives.
  • Communicate asset-related risks, shortages, lifecycle concerns, and optimization opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in asset tracking, reporting, inventory management, and lifecycle processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure assets in data center, cloud, or enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of data center hardware, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and associated components.
  • Experience with asset management platforms, inventory systems, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to IT assets.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Readiness to travel as required for business needs.

Nice to Have

  • IAITAM CHAMP certification or equivalent asset management certification.
  • Experience supporting GPU-based infrastructure or hyperscale data center environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement workflows.
  • Experience supporting compliance audits and asset governance programs.
  • Knowledge of depreciation models, inventory valuation, and financial asset reporting.

Compensation

The base compensation range is $147,200–$183,900 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, hiring level, and geographic location.
