Details

You drive enterprise-wide Data & AI adoption by turning strategy into sustainable business impact. You lead complex transformation initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and build communities and capabilities that strengthen data maturity across the organization. Leveraging hands-on experience in Data Management and Data Governance, you act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, Process Owners, and Data Experts, translating Data & AI ambitions into practical adoption and implementation approaches that deliver lasting change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow Data & AI communities, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capability development across the organization.
  • Drive consistent adoption and implementation of Data & AI capabilities while recognizing differences in maturity, business context, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, initiate, and drive improvements that accelerate the adoption of Data & AI processes, standards, and ways of working across the bank.
  • Own and drive adoption, communication, community, and capability-building initiatives, ensuring measurable and lasting organizational impact.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for stakeholders across business, data, and implementation teams, leveraging strong Data Management and Data Governance expertise to challenge, guide, and support decision-making.
  • Translate stakeholder feedback and organizational insights into concrete actions that strengthen the Data & AI value chain and increase Data & AI maturity across the organization.

Work Environment

Process & Adoption is part of the Data & Analytics Implementation department within the Central Data & AI Office (CDAO). The team acts as the link between Data & AI strategy and everyday practice. It helps the organization adopt Data & AI capabilities, strengthen Data Management practices, and continuously improve how Data & AI is embedded across the bank. The work focuses on scalable adoption approaches, capability building, engagement, and successful implementation across a diverse and evolving Data & AI landscape.

The team consists of Data Management Experts and Business Consultants. Through process ownership, community leadership, adoption, and continuous improvement, the team contributes to a mature and scalable Data & AI organization.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (WO) or equivalent level of thinking and working.
  • Extensive experience in data transformation, change, and consulting roles within complex organizations; this is a hard requirement.
  • Proven track record in driving organizational adoption, capability building, and change initiatives.
  • Demonstrable experience implementing and embedding Data Management and Data Governance practices in a large-scale organizational environment.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority and drive enterprise-wide change across business and data domains.
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical and scalable implementation approaches.
  • Pragmatic, structured, and results-oriented, combined with a high degree of ownership and the ability to operate independently.
  • A creative mindset.

Success in this role means proactively identifying opportunities, building momentum, and delivering meaningful improvements in Data & AI adoption, capability development, and organizational maturity.
