SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Manager, AI & Technology Program Management to own and operationalize a portfolio of frontier AI alliance relationships. Reporting to the VP, AI & Technology Partnerships, this role will turn partnership strategy into execution, deepen relationships with leading AI labs and model providers, and help transform technical partnerships into commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational partner to AI and Technology Partnership leadership, owning program coordination, milestone tracking, and cross-functional alignment across AI and technology partnership initiatives.
  • Build and maintain the partnerships program management operating system, including project plans, work breakdown structures, RACI frameworks, dependency maps, and status reporting cadences.
  • Own the strategic operating calendar, including joint planning sessions, partner QBRs, executive briefings, and internal alignment meetings. Drive agendas, pre-reads, decision logs, and action-item follow-through.
  • Maintain forward-looking visibility into milestones, deliverables, and relationship touchpoints, surfacing risks, blockers, and dependencies 30 to 60 days ahead of impact.
  • Coordinate joint integration delivery with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing, tracking scope, technical dependencies, launch readiness criteria, and go-live timelines through general availability.
  • Drive the development of partner enablement materials, co-marketing assets, and joint solution narratives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engagement across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Security.
  • Define and report program health metrics, including milestone attainment, integration delivery timelines, partner engagement cadence, and enablement adoption.
  • Build the institutional knowledge base and operational infrastructure for the partnerships function, including documented processes, relationship history, standardized program frameworks, and scalable playbooks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, partner or alliance operations, or business operations within a high-growth technology company or comparable organization.
  • Strong command of program and project management methodologies, including work breakdown structures, milestone planning, risk and dependency tracking, RACI frameworks, and structured status reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Asana, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or equivalent platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex, high-priority programs simultaneously across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex technical and commercial topics into executive-ready narratives and partner-facing materials.
  • Proactive approach to anticipating needs, identifying gaps, and initiating action in ambiguous or greenfield environments.
  • Comfort operating in a technical environment and discussing integration scope, dependencies, and delivery readiness with product and engineering teams. A hands-on engineering background is not required.
  • Experience coordinating with external technology partners, ISVs, vendors, or alliance organizations across shared timelines and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and the commercial and product partnership landscapes of frontier model providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google DeepMind.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity, XDR, cloud, or data infrastructure markets.
  • Experience operating in or alongside regulated industries, government and defense environments, or mission-critical technical ecosystems.
  • Formal program management credentials such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification, or equivalent applied training.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, PRM platforms, or partner reporting and analytics tools.
  • Proactive, independent mindset with high energy, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and make an impact.

This U.S. role has a location-dependent base pay range. A different pay range may apply in some locations and will be provided during the recruiting process.

Base Salary Range: $160,000–$220,000 USD
