SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Manager of Solution Engineering, Enterprise to manage a team of Solution Engineers aligned to the Strategic vertical in the Central US Region. The role involves leading a high-performing technical team, partnering with customers and business development, and developing strategic solutions for enterprise customers in the cybersecurity industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Solution Engineers for the Central US Region.
  • Motivate and lead a high-performing technical team while partnering with customers, business development, and leadership.
  • Solve complex problems in ambiguous situations and build solutions that address diverse concerns.
  • Implement and manage an effective Solution Engineering strategy.
  • Build strong, productive relationships with prospects, customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Recruit and onboard new customers while focusing on growing new business opportunities.
  • Provide roadmap and strategic discussions with customers and prospects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or an MBA is highly preferred.
  • At least 10 years of increasing experience and responsibility in a Solution Engineering environment.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Demonstrated success innovating solutions for strategic customers and serving as a technical visionary.
  • Intellectual curiosity, strong listening skills, openness to new perspectives, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to develop a strategic plan and deliver expected results on budget and on time.
  • Ability to prioritize engagement and support in line with the division's strategic focus.
  • Ability to articulate a vision for a high-functioning Solution Engineering team, implement that vision, and ensure results.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to persuade others toward a particular point of view.

This U.S. role includes a base pay range plus commissions that vary based on the candidate's location. The posted range represents on-target earnings, inclusive of base salary and commissions. A different pay range may apply in some locations and will be provided during the recruiting process.
