NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager – DFX Engineering to guide critical innovation programs for next-generation chip development. The role spans novel test methodology creation, silicon execution, and datacenter and field testability.

Responsibilities

  • Work with DFX engineers, development managers, and cross-functional partners across silicon design, verification, software, manufacturing operations, and datacenter teams.
  • Own the full innovation program lifecycle for DFX technologies, from concept and architectural specification through silicon validation, field deployment, and productization.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define architectures, workflows, and integration requirements.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables for build and deployment milestones.
  • Participate in build reviews and technical forums, managing scope changes with engineering partners.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between DFX Engineering, Silicon Design, Software, Manufacturing, and datacenter and field operations teams.
  • Identify technical and schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies with engineering teams.
  • Provide status updates and communicate issues to leadership with recommendations to support trade-offs.
  • Gather learnings across programs and establish standard methodologies to improve innovation program execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of technical program management experience and at least 8 years of overall experience, with a strong focus on semiconductor development.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of ASIC/SoC build, verification, and/or bring-up, validation, and productization flows.
  • Experience managing innovation programs or research-to-silicon initiatives and driving alignment across teams without an established playbook.
  • Ability to handle rapid development cycles and constant change while remaining flexible and calm amid uncertainty.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous programs in fast-paced environments and implement process improvements through automation.
  • Experience scripting and automating project management tasks; proficiency in Python is preferred.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, critical thinking, technical judgment, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with DFX methodologies, including IST.
  • Knowledge of APIs and data analytics for program management and metrics dashboards.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Level 4 base salary: USD 168,000–258,750 per year.
  • Level 5 base salary: USD 200,000–322,000 per year.
  • Eligible employees may also receive equity and benefits.
