Senior People Solutions Analyst

This is a fixed-term contract role running through January 2028, covering a colleague's leave of absence. The role owns day-to-day configuration and support of core Workday HCM modules for a global workforce and reports to the Senior Manager, People Solutions. It is fully remote and based in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workato-based automations and prototype agentic workflows using tools such as Claude.
• Connect Workday, an applicant tracking system, and other People Technology systems.
• Own configuration and integration upkeep for Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
• Manage the full lifecycle of security access requests and business process configuration.
• Develop Workday reports that provide reliable, actionable data to stakeholders.
• Test and deploy new Workday functionality and semi-annual releases, identifying issues early.
• Independently handle day-to-day configuration, testing, and support requests across all four Workday modules.
• Deliver automation or process improvements extending beyond Workday HCM into other People Operations areas.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and integrations, including administration of Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, or Benefits.
• Experience with an iPaaS or automation tool such as Workato is a plus.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse or a similar system is a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to solve business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to manage Workday security, reporting, and complex business process configuration end to end.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical system changes to business stakeholders.
• Self-directed approach and ability to build strong working relationships remotely.

Contract Details

• Fixed-term contract through January 2028.
• Standard base salary: 128,000 PLN–160,000 PLN per year.
• Not eligible for additional commission-based compensation.
