Details

You are involved from the start and work with stakeholders and fellow engineers to develop the right solution. You combine hands-on software engineering with technical ownership.

Responsibilities

Get to the heart of complex challenges and work with colleagues to translate them into clear requirements and well-founded technical decisions.
Design and build cloud-native solutions using TypeScript and AWS, from initial design through to production.
Apply principles such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event-driven architecture when they add value to the solution.
Ensure software quality through effective system design, CI/CD, automated testing, and automated deployments.
Identify opportunities to improve technology and ways of working, and take the initiative to turn them into results.
Coach other engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to engineering excellence.
Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and GitLab Duo to develop software more effectively, including writing and reviewing code.
Critically assess AI-generated output against quality and security standards and remain accountable for the final result.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience with TypeScript.
Proven experience with AWS and serverless development.
Experience independently designing and building complex software solutions.
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, SQL, and relational databases.
Experience sharing technical knowledge and supporting the development of other engineers.

Gross monthly salary between €5,806 and €8,253.
