Details

NVIDIA is hiring a Senior System Test Engineer to join the test solutions group and develop manufacturing test solutions for embedded and automotive products. The role requires both hardware and software expertise to improve test coverage and automation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement manufacturing test solutions for embedded and automotive system products.
Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technologies and methodologies to improve production efficiency.
Develop test strategies for new product features, including the identification, specification, design, and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment, and diagnostic software.
Review and provide feedback on design-for-test (DFT) activities during early design stages.
Debug complex hardware and software issues during build phases.
Contribute to automated diagnostic generation and validation infrastructure.
Travel to contract manufacturer sites, both locally and overseas, to provide on-site support for builds and factory operations as necessary.

Requirements

5+ years of post-silicon validation experience with board- or system-level products.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience working with manufacturing test programs at the platform or system level.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Experience with Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GitLab.
Understanding of hardware and system-level concepts in embedded and automotive environments.
Background working with embedded and automotive systems.
Familiarity with RF principles and testing methodologies.
Knowledge of wireless communication standards such as 5G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth is a plus.
Hands-on experience with RF testers and analyzers is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
