Details

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for developing new capabilities, from researching new Linux-related security technologies through designing and implementing strategies and algorithms and delivering them at scale. You will work on low-level kernel hooks leveraging eBPF, user-space processing pipelines, and pure systems engineering challenges.

Your work will enhance the security of Linux and cloud workloads protected by SentinelOne's product, which serves thousands of global enterprise and public-sector customers and processes hundreds of millions of events daily.

Responsibilities

Develop software for Linux and cloud workload security.
Write tests covering new code.
Conduct low-level research and design new features.
Participate in peer code reviews and team design reviews.
Learn new technologies in the Linux and cloud workload security domains.
Architect end-to-end security solutions for complex features with loosely defined problems.
Support customers with issues and requests within the team's domain.
Attend daily and weekly scrum meetings.

Requirements

Experience in software engineering.
Experience with Linux and cloud security.
Ability to explore new technologies and design and develop innovative capabilities from scratch.
Knowledge of low-level kernel hooks and eBPF.
Experience with user-space processing pipelines and systems engineering.
Ability to deliver software capabilities at scale.
