This position represents Prompt Security, SentinelOne's comprehensive GenAI security platform. The role supports enterprise organizations in safely and efficiently adopting GenAI and contributes to SentinelOne's Generative AI and Agentic AI security strategy.

The Solutions Engineer will join the go-to-market team and lead technical pre-sales activities, helping customers understand and implement GenAI security solutions across various use cases. The role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment and offers opportunities to contribute to the future of cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements with enterprise customers and partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs) showcasing the platform's capabilities in securing GenAI implementations.
• Provide technical expertise in security, compliance, and GenAI technologies to support the sales process.
• Work with customers to understand their requirements and demonstrate how the solution addresses their GenAI security challenges.
• Support partner enablement and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and customer requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles, preferably at a cybersecurity startup supporting enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security technologies and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting containerized environments, including Kubernetes and OpenShift, with networking, namespace segmentation, and service-level debugging in complex enterprise deployments.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise software deployments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel across the United States region 30–40% of the time.

The U.S. role has a base pay range plus commissions that vary based on the candidate's location. The posted range is the on-target earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and commissions. The OTE range is $196,000–$250,000 USD. A different pay range may apply in some locations.
