Details

ING Americas Wholesale Technology supports and drives innovative solutions for internal and external customers across a broad range of wholesale banking products and industries. The Technology Internship is based in the dynamic environment of ING Americas Wholesale Tech, where interns contribute to the digitization of wholesale markets and the implementation of new technology to improve business efficiency.

Responsibilities

Work with new and emerging technologies, market trends, innovations, and opportunities.
Contribute to global technology offerings.
Collaborate with internal and external resources to implement technology solutions.
Support initiatives that improve efficiency for the business.
Work with innovation, automation, development, and web design technologies.

Requirements

Strong passion for new technology and innovation.
Background or interest in development and automation technologies, including Python, Java, or robotic process automation (RPA).
Background or interest in web design.
Experience with automation technologies such as Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Hands-on experience with Python, pytest, and pytest-bdd is a plus.

Program Details

Full-time, paid seasonal internship.
Start date: June 2027.
Duration: 10 weeks.
If offered a full-time opportunity after the internship, the role may transition into ING's 18-month International Talent Program, including three structured rotations: two in New York City and one abroad.
