Saily is building an AI-native product engineering culture to simplify mobile connectivity while traveling. The company provides secure mobile data in more than 200 destinations and serves millions of paying customers.

Responsibilities

Own problems end-to-end, from idea to production.
Deliver features without relying on fully defined specifications.
Work directly with product, design, data, and engineering teams.
Operate in small, highly autonomous teams.
Use AI agents for specification, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration.
Deliver 2x the output of a non-AI-using Senior Engineer.
Improve the internal agent network and development workflows.
Move across the technology stack when needed.
Focus on user and business outcomes rather than output alone.

Requirements

Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications within an organization, with measurable and successful adoption.
Proven experience building full-stack features across mobile or web applications, including frontend and backend development.
Ability to operate with minimal guidance and without initial acceptance criteria.
Strong product mindset, with a focus on problems, outcomes, and impact rather than only tickets or tasks.
At least five years of development experience building a real product, system, tool, startup, side project, or meaningful feature.
