Details
Anthropic is looking for a Partner Enablement leader to own enablement across its cloud partner ecosystem. The role supports AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure sellers, solution architects, delivery teams, and Anthropic’s internal go-to-market organization in identifying, qualifying, deploying, and expanding Claude opportunities.
The position combines strategy and program execution, including onboarding, launch readiness, sales and technical training, certification pathways, co-sell playbooks, partner portal and learning-platform content, governance, and program measurement. The role works closely with Partnerships, Applied AI, Product Marketing, Sales, and partner enablement organizations at each hyperscaler.
Responsibilities
- Own the cloud partner enablement strategy across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Define readiness standards for each partner motion and build programs to achieve them.
- Develop co-sell playbooks that enable partner sellers to bring Claude into enterprise opportunities alongside Anthropic’s team.
- Align enablement assets with each hyperscaler’s marketplace and co-sell mechanics, including opportunity registration and marketplace transactions.
- Design scalable onboarding paths, role-based learning journeys, and launch-readiness programs for new models and capabilities.
- Enable Anthropic’s internal go-to-market teams on cloud partnerships, co-sell and marketplace processes, deal engagement, and offering nuances.
- Curate content for partner portals and learning platforms.
- Establish review and refresh governance to keep enablement materials current.
- Create assets for both technical and commercial audiences.
- Partner with enablement and partner development teams within each cloud provider to distribute Anthropic content through their channels.
- Define metrics connecting enablement activity to partner-sourced pipeline, certification attainment, and deal velocity.
Requirements
- Deep partner ecosystem knowledge and practical understanding of cloud co-sell motions, from opportunity registration and marketplace transactions through joint delivery.
- Direct experience with one or more of AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure, either within those organizations or through a closely aligned partner or ISV.
- Proven experience building and maintaining scalable enablement programs, preferably from the ground up, including certification frameworks, learning paths, and program operations.
- Experience enabling internal field teams on working with and through partner ecosystems.
- Strong go-to-market understanding and familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, pipeline, and deal progression.
- Excellent program management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams against a fast launch cadence.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders across Anthropic and large partner organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to mixed commercial and technical audiences.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building durable systems rather than one-off deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Relevant field of study as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
Strong candidates may also have:
- A background in enablement or product marketing.
- Experience launching technical products or platform capabilities through a channel or partner ecosystem.
- Familiarity with LMS and partner portal platforms and certification delivery at scale.
- Hands-on familiarity with LLM and AI developer tooling, or the ability to learn new technical domains quickly.
Benefits
