Details

SentinelOne is seeking a Distinguished Architect to anchor its federated enterprise architecture function and serve as a horizontal connector across IT, enterprise applications, enterprise AI, security, and related delivery functions. The role will establish standards, forums, and tools that enable embedded delivery teams to design consistent, high-quality solutions without centralizing design authority. The architect will act as a standard-setter and facilitator rather than a bottleneck.

Responsibilities

Own and publish the quarterly organization-wide technology radar covering approved, trial, and retiring technologies.
Chair the monthly Architecture Review Board (ARB) as a feedback forum for cross-cutting architectural decisions.
Run the Architecture Community of Practice across embedded architects in the four delivery functions.
Own the Architecture Decision Record (ADR) process, define review thresholds, and maintain the shared repository.
Develop and publish AI architecture blueprints, including pre-approved patterns that teams can adopt, in partnership with Enterprise Data & AI.
Define organization-wide architecture standards covering API design, data classification handling, identity integration, and security-by-design.

Requirements

Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, particularly within a federated or embedded architectural model.
Proven ability to lead Architecture Review Boards and foster an Architecture Community of Practice.
Deep understanding of architecture standards spanning API design, identity integration, and security-by-design.
Technical experience developing AI architecture blueprints and managing technology radars.
Relentless curiosity, commitment to continuous learning, and willingness to build fluency in AI tools and concepts.
