- Establish repeatable engagement models, playbooks, reference architectures, and execution standards for Stripe Billing, Revenue Recognition, and related revenue management solutions.
- Advise executives, developers, architects, finance leaders, and other decision-makers on modernizing monetization and revenue-management architectures.
- Guide strategic customers from business and technical discovery through solution design, validation, adoption, value realization, and expansion.
- Translate recurring customer needs, market signals, and deal friction into actionable insights that influence Product and Engineering priorities.
- Represent the Revenue Specialist Solutions Architecture organization in regional and global leadership forums, providing perspectives on performance, capacity, risks, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Shape the Revenue Suite go-to-market approach across AMER, accounting for regional regulatory requirements, business models, and market-specific billing practices.
- Build collaboration and knowledge-sharing mechanisms across AMER and global teams to improve consistency, reuse, and execution quality.
- Advance Stripe’s external thought leadership through executive briefings, industry events, white papers, and reference architectures focused on billing, monetization, and revenue management.
