Details

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. The Professional Services team helps users achieve maximum value from their Stripe investment by supporting complex implementations, guiding integration processes, coordinating stakeholders, managing deliverables and timelines, and educating users about Stripe's capabilities.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead strategic implementations and guide clients through the integration process to become long-term Stripe users. You will manage onboarding for mid-market and enterprise companies, develop integration architectures and change management strategies, and collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Own the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise companies from contract signing through launch.
Develop, manage, and implement customer integration architecture, change management strategy, and timelines.
Partner with Sales and Technical Services teams to improve the overall Stripe user journey.
Engage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy for large users.
Collaborate with teammates on strategic projects that improve and scale the implementation process and team operations.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

8+ years of experience working with strategic customers on technology solutions, with a track record of top performance.
Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions.
Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to Stripe's largest customers.
Proven project management skills and strong critical-thinking abilities.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
