Details

Anthropic is seeking a Manager of the Partnerships Applied AI Solutions Architect team to drive adoption and deployment of Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and the Anthropic API through global and regional system integrators, cloud partners such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, and strategic technology partners. The role will build and lead a team of Partner Solutions Architects, establish best practices for partner-led pre-sales engagements, and serve as the technical lead for strategic partnerships while maintaining Anthropic's safety standards.

Responsibilities

Hire, manage, and mentor Partner Solutions Architects; set goals, conduct reviews, and support career development.
Act as the senior technical thought partner to the partnerships go-to-market team and align Sales, Product, and Engineering stakeholders.
Embed the team with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable AI practices, troubleshoot issues, and promote Anthropic within developer communities.
Represent Anthropic at partner events, including GSI workshops, AWS and GCP summits, and hackathons.
Contribute technical content and thought leadership.
Lead partners in identifying industry-specific generative AI applications and develop joint solutions, reference architectures, and deployment best practices.
Own the technical components of partner-led pre-sales engagements and provide solution architecture guidance for strategic deals.
Gather product feedback from partner deployments and share it with Product and Engineering to inform the roadmap and partner strategy.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
3+ years managing pre-sales or partner-facing technical teams.
Experience building and scaling partnerships with global system integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, or Infosys and/or cloud providers including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Deep understanding of partner-led selling and delivery, indirect revenue models, enablement at scale, and joint go-to-market motions.
Technical depth in enterprise AI deployments, including LLM architecture, prompt engineering, evaluation, API integrations, and production use cases.
Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders, partner executives, and engineering teams.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and advancing safe, beneficial AI.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years leading partner-facing Solutions Architect teams through hypergrowth and developing senior and junior talent.
Experience helping GSIs or consultancies build AI/ML practices through enablement programs, certification paths, or joint solution development.

Compensation

Annual salary: $315,000–$380,000 USD.

Work Policy and Immigration

Staff are expected to work from an Anthropic office at least 25% of the time under the location-based hybrid policy. Anthropic sponsors visas when possible and makes reasonable efforts to support visa applications with the assistance of an immigration lawyer.
