Details

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior NPN Program Operations Analyst to join the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Organization in Santa Clara, California. The role focuses on improving business processes and operations, increasing ease of doing business with NVIDIA, and supporting a global partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own key business processes and platforms end-to-end, including identifying issues, developing solutions, and driving adoption across the global partner ecosystem.
  • Lead sophisticated, multifunctional projects independently from collaborator intake through requirements gathering, solution development, building, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate across engineering, program management, sales, and partner-facing teams.
  • Translate business strategy and new program requirements into scalable systems and processes for internal and external users.
  • Use program data, partner metrics, and operational signals to diagnose problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and support decisions.
  • Apply AI tools, automated workflows, and smarter system development to reduce manual effort and improve operations.
  • Serve as a domain expert by communicating recommendations to leadership, writing technical specifications for Salesforce developers, and explaining process changes to partners.

Requirements

  • 12 or more years of experience in channel partner programs, business operations, or a related function at a global high-technology company.
  • Understanding of channel program structures, partner motivation, and operational challenges.
  • Ability to manage large, complex projects from start to finish without close supervision, including dependencies, accountability, and issue escalation.
  • Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills, including the ability to create business requirements documents, actionable Jira stories, and quality assurance plans.
  • Analytical proficiency, including interrogating data, identifying meaningful signals, and using findings to develop credible recommendations.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation approaches, either through practical experience or a clear vision for applying them to channel operations workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multi-tier partner hierarchies, certification structures, rebate programs, and channel operations at scale.
  • A proactive approach to defining unclear problem scope through information gathering, assumption testing, and decision-making.
  • Systems-thinking ability, including understanding downstream effects across compliance, portal experience, and reporting.
  • A force-multiplier mindset focused on documentation, knowledge sharing, and raising operational standards.
  • A clear perspective on how AI tools can improve channel operations.

Benefits

NVIDIA offers competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, equity, and benefits for employees and their families. NVIDIA is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive work environment.
