Senior Software Engineer, Security - US

Details

Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company, building cryptographically secured identity infrastructure for humans, machines, workloads, and AI agents. The company is remote-first and globally distributed.

Responsibilities

The Security Team works to detect malicious activity, investigate and respond to security incidents, assess and improve the security of Teleport systems through defense-in-depth, and build external confidence in the security program.

You will:

• Add new log sources to the SIEM when red team exercises reveal gaps.
• Deploy a SOAR platform to enable automated alert triage and incident response.
• Build a case management system to coordinate incident investigation activities.
• Build an AI agent harness using Teleport Beams to enable autonomous threat hunting.
• Create lab environments for AI agents and humans to red team Teleport systems.

Requirements

• Strong AWS security experience.
• Experience with Go.
• Strong interest in security.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Kubernetes.
• Experience in security.
• Experience with SIEM and SOAR systems.
