  • Work with partner engineering teams to resolve technical blockers and de-risk migration and adoption milestones.
  • Own executive-level messaging and escalations for complex, high-impact partner relationships.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives and offerings with strategic partners, positioning and integrating SentinelOne technology into partner offerings.
  • Provide partner and end-customer feedback, including architecture and margin insights, to product management and leadership.
  • Design and oversee technical training programs for partners and mentor other Solutions Engineers.
  • Codify reusable discovery-to-roadmap frameworks for the broader team.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in the field and at least 5 years of Sales Engineering experience.
  • Experience scaling strategic managed-partner technical programs, mentoring Solutions Engineers, and designing and delivering multi-phase technical architecture roadmaps for enterprise, MSSP, or MSP environments.
  • Experience with SKU sequencing and margin or commercial modeling.
  • Experience operating with CTO- and VP Engineering-level stakeholders and translating technical roadmaps into commercial outcomes.
  • Strong relationships with sales, product, and executive leadership teams.

  • Ability to learn and apply emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.
  • Experience driving multi-quarter changes in how partners deliver security services.
  • Preferred experience as a Solutions Architect, Professional Services Consultant, or Practice Lead at an MSSP or MSP.
  • Preferred experience with managed service catalog design or managed service P&L.
  • AWS, GCP, CEH, SANS, OSCP, CISSP, or other security certifications are preferred.
