Details

Join the team developing privacy and security products, including Threat Protection Pro, the NordLynx protocol, and VPN services. The role focuses on building data curation and ingestion services for the Threat Intelligence team.

Responsibilities

Design, code, and maintain data curation and ingestion services for the Threat Intelligence team.
Provide, gain buy-in for, and implement future-proof architectural solutions, including distributed computing pipelines, microservices, contracts, databases, and data flows.
Participate actively in code reviews and provide feedback, share knowledge, and ensure high-quality technical requirements and documentation.
Design new services required to provide quality feeds.
Maintain code according to team coding standards and quality requirements, delivering maintainable, readable, testable, secure, DRY, SOLID, and KISS code.
Contribute ideas related to the product and the cybersecurity field.
Provide technical leadership and guidance.

Requirements

Strong understanding and proficiency in Python, including core concepts, syntax, and data structures.
Experience designing microservice systems and communication.
Experience with data stores such as PostgreSQL.
Excellent ability to write maintainable code.
Cloud infrastructure experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving skills, including analyzing complex problems, troubleshooting issues, and developing practical solutions.
Ability to learn rapidly and continuously, identify problems, and solve them proactively.
Attention to detail and a highly structured, research-first-then-implement approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
