Solution Manager B2B Platforms Microsoft Dynamics - Delivery and Billing

Eneco's B2B business runs enterprise-scale platforms for order delivery and billing. These business-critical systems are undergoing major transformation through Revolution, Eneco's large-scale IT modernisation programme.

As Delivery Lead, you will keep current operations running while driving the transformation of the Delivery and Billing domain. You will lead an internal team of approximately eight professionals, including engineers, solution consultants, and functional specialists, and manage external suppliers against contracts, budgets, and SLAs.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead the B2B Delivery and Billing Engineering team in delivering changes and maintaining business-critical platforms and solutions.
• Manage and develop an internal team of approximately 8 FTE, including Microsoft Dynamics, data, and test automation engineers, solution consultants, and functional maintenance specialists.
• Build a motivated, high-performing team culture based on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear standards and expectations, support individual development, and create an environment where people can grow.

Roadmap and Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal B2B business stakeholders to understand and prioritise requirements and translate them into clear roadmaps and actionable backlogs.
• Develop and maintain the technical roadmap, standards, and best practices for the Delivery and Billing platforms in line with Enterprise Architecture.
• Act as the bridge between technical delivery and business stakeholders, translating complexity into clarity in both directions.
• Work closely with the Revolution programme team on transformation workstreams affecting the Delivery and Billing domain.

Platform Delivery and Operations

• Own the delivery of changes and the ongoing stability, reliability, and performance of the Delivery and Billing platforms.
• Manage the UMAX 365 platform, including core technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) and CRM.
• Drive innovation and operational efficiency while balancing transformation ambitions with the realities of running live, business-critical systems.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Supplier and Partner Management

• Manage external suppliers and partners against contract, budget, and SLA targets.
• Hold third-party delivery teams accountable for quality, timeliness, and performance.
• Govern supplier relationships in a way that protects Eneco's interests while maintaining effective working partnerships.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience, as indicated in the vacancy.
• Experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Experience with business-critical platform delivery, maintenance, and transformation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O), Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and UMAX 365.
• Experience with data, test automation, solution consulting, and functional maintenance environments.
• Experience managing technical roadmaps, enterprise architecture alignment, stakeholders, suppliers, contracts, budgets, and SLAs.

• Gross annual salary between €71,500 and €105,000, including FlexBudget and 8% holiday allowance, with a bonus or collective profit sharing depending on the role.
