Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. The Specialist Solutions Architect is a domain expert for Stripe's Money Management solutions, partnering with specialist product sellers, pre-sales teams, customers, product stakeholders, and engineering teams. The role focuses on complex opportunities involving Stripe Capital, Issuing, Financial Accounts, and global Payouts, helping customers build embedded finance platforms for card programs, global money movement, and financing products.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert on Stripe's Money Management products, including Capital, Issuing, Financial Accounts, and global Payouts.
Explain how Money Management products combine to support embedded finance applications.
Consult with users on charge card programs, global payouts, revenue-based financing, loans, and lines of credit.
Advise customers on compliance requirements, including KYC/KYB, BSA/AML, card network rules, and geographic and use-case considerations.
Create and share reusable assets and best practices with the broader go-to-market organization.
Create and refine reference architectures based on product enhancements and customer feedback.
Partner with the Money Management product sales team on major opportunities, leading solution strategy and owning key customer relationships.
Provide customer insights to product stakeholders to influence roadmap and feature prioritization.
Advise on emerging opportunities such as stablecoin-based money movement and global financial access.
Monitor competitive analysis and market differentiation.
Support executive briefings, conferences, user groups, trade shows, and other marketing events.
Educate product and engineering teams on market trends and help scale the organization by coaching others on complex opportunities.

Requirements

7+ years of technical sales experience, ideally within a fintech company.
3+ years of product experience with embedded finance solutions such as card issuing, treasury management, lending, or global payouts.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for learning and researching current and emerging products to develop innovative solutions.
Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with business partners.
Ability to work effectively with ambiguity in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong knowledge of software engineering and architecture patterns, including how different technologies and systems interact.
Familiarity with embedded finance compliance frameworks, including KYC/KYB, BSA/AML, card network rules, and money transmission licensing.
Experience enabling and scaling a go-to-market team.
Systems design experience and a background building and deploying complex financial applications.
